A source of information on Islam and Muslims, to help educators maintain a safe space where students are free and comfortable to learn. It also contains information on the relevant laws that pertain to religious freedom and prohibit discrimination based on religion in public schools. Ensuring Muslim students have a welcoming and safe environment in which they can learn is not just a professional obligation, but also a legal obligation.

Ramadan 101 Toolkit
This toolkit is an overview of Ramadan and its practices. This toolkit is intended to be an overview for educators on the month of Ramadan and how to make schools an inclusive place for Muslim students.
Book Recommendations
We’ve collaborated with the Muslim Parent Association of LA to create a list of Muslim-themed children’s books. This collection is meant to promote inclusivity about Muslim characters and narratives as well as helping to ensure that Muslim children feel acknowledged through stories that relate to their identity.

We offer no cost in-house PD trainings on Ramadan. Sign-up to partner with us and host a training at your workplace or institution.
